No. I work on a rolling monthly basis with a 30-day notice period. I believe in earning your business every month — not locking you in. That said, most of my clients stay for the long term because the support genuinely works.
No problem. Any additional hours are billed at a pre-agreed hourly rate, and I'll always let you know before going over so there are no surprises on your invoice.
We'll agree on your preferred communication method during onboarding — whether that's email, Slack, WhatsApp, or a project management tool. I adapt to how you work, not the other way around.
Absolutely. I sign a confidentiality agreement with every client before we begin. Your business information, client data, and anything I access on your behalf is treated with complete discretion.
Yes! While I'm UK-based, I work with clients across Europe, North America, and Australia. We'll agree on communication windows that work for both time zones during our discovery call.
